The heresy of Pius IX in the non-Dogmatic letters
"So that they may burn without end, the Lord by a very just judgment will give over to the punishment of eternal and inextinguishable fire the wicked who either did not know the way of the Lord or, knowing it, left it." ~ ~ ~
Introduction:
1. There were heretical statements by Pope Pius IX in two speeches/encyclicals, heresies which he self-corrected. If you start to discuss the subject that "ignorance" of the true and Catholic faith might get people into Heaven with your automatically excommunicated Vatican-2 group leader (that you think is a Catholic priest) you will most certainly be presented with these heresies of Pius IX which were in non-Dogmatic sources. This will be done in order to secure your damnation by making you think that an "ignorance loophole" gets people into Heaven when in fact there is Dogma against this. The Dogma is shown in the last part of this Section and on Section 5 of this site. The "ignorance saves" heresy is also against the Salvation Dogma listed in Section 1.
2. The vatican-2 cult group leader will lie to you that you can get to Heaven being ignorant of the Catholic Dogma in order to secure the loss of your soul and also so that you don't try to help others get to the truth that you must believe to be saved (get to Heaven) which is listed in Section 3 of this website and in the Dogmatic citations throughout this site.
3. Any statements by bishops, priests, or others in times past which are against Solemn Magisterium Dogma is by definition not part of the Ordinary Magisterium (other teachings of the Church), and is simply heresy which must be rejected in order to keep your own soul out of Hell. The Ordinary (non-Dogmatic) Magisterium cannot contradict the Solemn (Dogmatic) Magisterium.
4. We cannot rule out the possibility that since the time that heretics and jew-pagans gained control of publishing resources there will most certainly be lies against the Catholic Dogma placed into their printed material and in other jew-heretic controlled media (since lying on these matters is all that heretics and jews are spiritually capable of). We cannot know by direct observation that malice and treachery were not involved in the promulgation of the heresy cited below, we simply cite where Pius IX taught strongly against these heresies, even in the same document so that there is reason to suspect purposeful ill intention on someone's part as a possible explanation for the illogical contradiction.
Pope Pius IX, Singulari Quidem, heresy in paragraph 7 (underlining the heresy) > "Nobody can hope for life or salvation unless he is excused through ignorance beyond his control."
Note 1: This statement cannot be part of the Ordinary Magisterium (teaching) of the Church because it contradicts the Solemn Magisterium’s defined Dogma that there is no salvation outside of the Catholic Church and the Church’s teaching that those who do not believe the Catholic faith will be condemned. It also contradicts Church Dogma that all men receive the graces needed to save their souls before God takes their souls out of their bodies. For these reasons this statement must be rejected as heresy in order for you to save your own soul. See Sections 1, 2, 3, 5, 5.1, 5.2, and 9 of this website which show the Dogma against this heresy.
Note 2: This statement by Pius IX is not a Source of Dogma, it was simply in a speech given to Cardinals. It was not an Ex-Cathedra decree, not a Canon in a Council, and (obviously) not part of a Dogmatic Creed - so it cannot possibly contradict the Solemn Magisterium (Dogma) of the Church on this basis alone. As stated in Note 1, since it is against the Salvation Dogma you must reject it to save your own soul.
Note 3: Again, if someone presents you with this statement and implies, that by it, there is salvation outside the Catholic Church be certain that that person is working for your eternal damnation.

Note: Pius IX reaffirms that there is one Faith which justifies souls so that they can get to Heaven, more like citations are listed below.
Pope Pius IX, Quanto Conficiamur Moerore, heresy in paragraph 7 (underlining the heresy) > "There are, of course, those who are struggling with invincible ignorance about our most holy religion. Sincerely observing the natural law and its precepts inscribed by God on all hearts and ready to obey God, they live honest lives and are able to attain eternal life by the efficacious virtue of divine light and grace. Because God knows, searches and clearly understands the minds, hearts, thoughts, and nature of all, his supreme kindness and clemency do not permit anyone at all who is not guilty of deliberate sin to suffer eternal punishments."
Note 1: This is an encyclical ... encyclicals are not sources of Dogma. If a statement in an encyclical goes against defined Dogma it must be rejected as heresy in order to keep your own soul from Hell.
Note 2: There are multiple heresies in the above Pius IX encyclical extract:
• Heresy 1: The text in the above extract "are able to attain eternal life" and "do not permit ... to suffer eternal punishments" is heresy against the Salvation Dogma of the Catholic Church that all those who die as non-Catholics will descend into Hell. All heretics descend into Hell for sins against the First Commandment (sins against the Faith) and likewise all un-baptized pagans descend into Hell for First Commandment sins and because they are in the state of Original Sin in their un-baptized state. These groups do not "attain eternal life" they "attain" eternal death in Hell, which is also called the second death. To be in the Catholic Church you must be baptized in water and believe the Dogmas defined by the Solemn Magisterium.
• Heresy 2: There is no such thing as "invincible ignorance" - God gives all men the grace they need to escape Hell, no one is thrown into Hell without having a chance to save his immortal soul.
• Heresy 3: There is no such thing as living "an honest life" outside of the Catholic Church since all heretics ("methodist", "lutherans", "evangelicals", etc.) are in a state of mortal sin against the First Commandment for heresy. Likewise all un-baptized pagans ("muslims", "jews", "buddhists", etc.) are in a state of mortal sin against the First Commandment for apostasy, all pagans are also in the state of Original Sin. This statement by Pius IX is clearly heresy and borders on apostasy.
• Heresy 4: The statement "not guilty of deliberate sin" is also heresy. For men to reach a state of justification (being made free from sin through water baptism) he, as an adult must cooperate with actual grace and by that cooperation seek to learn the true Catholic Faith and undergo water baptism. One who is not in a justified state is by definition in a state of sin. Those who do not attain a state of justification commit sin, against God’s providence, because God (through the Blessed Virgin) has supplied them all with the actual graces they need to seek the state of justification. This is another clear heresy by Pius IX.

This part of this encyclical is part of the Ordinary Magisterium of the Church since it agrees with and supports the Dogma of the Solemn Magisterium that all non-Catholics are headed for Hell.
If the person you are talking to, and who presents you with this encyclical, does not show you this part of the encyclical (in blue above), which agrees with and supports the salvation Dogma (that all those who die non-Catholic are damned), this will reaffirm and prove to you that the person you are speaking with on these matters is working to send your soul into Hell. If the person you are talking to is a vatican-2 cult group leader (they are dressed like Catholic priests and reside in buildings that have Catholic signs out front) he is headed for Hell for physical participation in a heretical society (vatican-2).

Note 1: If you end up talking with someone regarding the heretical statements of Pius IX regarding "ignorance" in Singulari Quidem and Quanto Conficiamur Moerore ... and he does not also present to you any of the below statements (also by Pius IX) which defend the Salvation Dogma, this will reaffirm to you that the person you are talking to is working for your eternal damnation by trying to get you to reject the Salvation Dogma and the Catholic Dogma which teaches against "ignorance" getting people into Heaven. At the same time, if you are a physical member of the Vatican-2 jew-heretic cult you are already automatically excommunicated for participation in a heretical society (Vatican-2).

Note: God does provide the graces sufficient to get to Heaven in the way He prescribed … the Catholic Faith.

Note: The sinner (i.e. heretic, apostate) is getting the actual graces needed to get to a justified state. There are two types of grace, actual grace and sanctifying grace. Actual grace influences the person to enter into the Catholic Church through water baptism. Sanctifying grace is grace from the sacraments (in our time we have only water baptism and marriage as available sacraments). The soul is placed into a state of justification by water baptism and believing the Catholic Dogmas (post age of reason (7 years)). The person will stay in the justified state (justified before God) unless there is a fall into mortal sin. If he dies in a justified state and has done works to merit Heaven, God will bring him into Heaven. There is no such thing as a heretic being in the justified state because heresy is a mortal sin against the First Commandment, a sin against faith. There is no such thing as an un-baptized pagan being in a justified state. Justification is not salvation, salvation is getting to Heaven.

The human soul is saved by three things (1) Faith, (2) Grace, and (3) Works. If one doesn’t lose the faith through heresy, and cooperates with grace to do good works to merit Heaven he can be saved (brought into Heaven). Sections 28 and 29 of this website address the requirement of good works, and works worthy of penance (for sins committed) in order to get to Heaven. ~ ~ ~ ~
