Introduction:

1. Water Baptism heretics ... cannot use the promulgation dates of Baptism Dogma ... to claim that there has been no Dogma in the Catholic Church on Water Baptism prior to ... the First Council of Nicaea (325 A.D.) ... the first mention of Baptism at a Worldwide Council.

2. The Water Baptism heretics ... are demonically ignoring the fact that the Catholic God never changes ... and God is outside of time.

3. Issue dates of Sources of Dogma are simply a function of ... combating errors at any given time, providing clarity, and providing refutation when challenged. The date of any Source of Dogma is ... completely irrelevant since God never changes as identified in the Scriptures of this Section.

Council of Chalcedon, Pope Saint Leo I, letter to Archbishop Flavian section, 451 A.D. -- Ex-Cathedra Dogma >
"For there are three who give testimony – Spirit and water and blood. And the three are one. In other words, the Spirit of Sanctification and the Blood of Redemption and the water of baptism. These three are one and remain indivisible. None of them is separable from its link with the others."

Note: The Spirit of Sanctification (Justification) is inseparable from water Baptism (they are "one"). No one is justified without water Baptism and so no one can enter Heaven without water Baptism. The reference to Blood here is the Blood of the Catholic Jesus Christ in the Crucifixion ... which now, gives the power to the water to remit Original Sin in a properly performed Baptism.
