< < Section 5.1 ... begins after this brief (15 line) site summary. Many souls consult this site without any Index page review. > >
It is 100% certain you're headed for Hell ...
for rejecting the Catholic Dogma ...
Warning: There are no bishops or priests in these times
< < On this site ... you will discover how you are being sent into Hell forever ... your willingness to be deceived is making you eternally culpable > >
1. The Original Sin of Adam closed Heaven for all men (sanctifying grace was lost) ... Hell became the only possible destination for the immortal souls of men. 2. God re-opened Heaven by founding the Catholic Church and re-introducing sanctifying grace to men's souls ... the same grace which Adam and Eve had lost.
We are currently in the Great Apostasy (world-wide rejection of God's Catholic Dogma), these warnings apply: 3.Warning 1: A non-Catholic anti-Christ cult (the vatican-2 heretic cult) took over all Catholic properties on 8 Dec 1965 ("v-2 council" close date).
[Section 12, 13] 4.Warning 2:No one Ordained those that you think are Priests ... all Bishops of the "v-2 council" were automatically excommunicated on 8 Dec 1965.
[Section 13.2] 5.Warning 3: Your fake "priests" turned you into heretics ... the stage shows are not Mass ... participation in the vatican-2 heresy excommunicates. [Section 13.2.2] 6.Warning 4: Top level view ... why there is not a single Catholic Bishop or Priest in the world. God's Catholic Church is devastatingly small in numbers. [Section 13.6] All vatican-2-ists: You are excommunicated from the Catholic Church. You must Abjure your heresy.

7. One can still be Catholic and get to Heaven with a proper baptism in water
[Section 7] ... believing the Dogmas ... and keeping free from mortal sin. [Section 10.1] 8. All grace, both actual and sanctifying grace, starts with God and comes into the world ... by way of the Blessed Virgin ... as Jesus Christ Himself did. [Section 4, 4.4] 9a. The Old Testament Israelite religion was the Catholic Faith unfulfilled ... the "judaism" fable started about 200 B.C. Jesus Christ was not a jew. [Section 39.1, 39.4] 9b. The "koran" is wrong ... Mohammed was not a prophet ... "allah" does not exist. The so called "allah god" makes countless errors in the "koran". [Section 113] 10.All baptized heretics are excommunicated from Christianity and headed for Hell ... with the world's pagans (those not properly baptized in water).

Against the "ignorance saves" heresy ... and it's namesake,
the modernist "material heretic" heresy (Part-I)
Sources of Dogma and Ordinary citations ... that ignorance of the
Dogma sends you into Hell. Twelve (12) Sources of Dogma,
Forty-eight (48) Ordinary Magisterium citations
The "material heretic" heresy (falsely) states ... "If someone
does not know he's a heretic then he isn't one"
Note: The "material heretic" heresy is simply the
"invincible ignorance" heresy packaged differently
Catholic writing of 1 Corinthians 7:17
"But as the Lord hath distributed to everyone, as God hath called everyone, so let him walk."
Catholic Faith (pre-fulfillment) writing of Ecclesiasticus 24:44
"For I make doctrine to shine forth to all as the morning light."
Catholic Faith (pre-fulfillment) writing of Jeremias 23:24

Do not I fill Heaven and earth, saith the Lord ?"

Introduction:
1. The Sources of Dogma and citations on this section show that those ignorant of the Catholic Dogma cannot be saved .... and shows that the "material heresy" versus "formal heresy" distinction is a non-Catholic fraud.
2. Some of the below citations address the fact that the ignorant (unknowing) person is culpable for his crime of ignorance.
3. Some of the below citations address the fact that the unknowing (ignorant) person is not in a justified state (headed for Hell), since he is automatically outside of the Catholic Church for his crime of not knowing.
4. The false non-Catholic notion of "material heresy" is the identifying of someone as an innocent "material heretic" (and not simply a heretic headed for Hell) based on the notion that he is simply in error from "ignorance" and so cannot be identified as a "formal heretic" (another fraudulant term). The devil's objective here is to make people think that "material heretics" are in a justified state and might be able to get to Heaven, because after all they are not "formal heretics".
5. The false teaching continues by saying that ... it is only after the "material heretic" (or person in "material heresy") is informed that he is in error on the Catholic Faith -- and if he rejects the admonition and correction -- it is only then that he falls into "formal heresy" ... and only now is he culpable, blameworthy and subject to perdition (loss of his soul to Hell) ... which of course is all a pack of lies.
This Section includes ...
Sub-part A: Sources of Catholic Dogma that those ignorant of the Dogma lose theirs souls ... including "material heretics". Also includes Ordinary Magisterium citations.
Sub-part B: The source of the "material heresy" verses "formal heresy" ... deception.
Sub-part C: There is a complete absence of this modernist theory of "material" and "formal" heresy in the formal Catholic writings.

Pope Eugene IV, Council of Florence, Session 8, 22 Nov 1439 -- Ex-Cathedra Dogma >
"Whoever wills to be saved, before all things it is necessary that he holds the Catholic faith. Unless a person keeps this faith whole and undefiled, without doubt he shall perish eternally."
Note 1: Ex-Cathedra ... the Pope in union with the Bishops of the world ... at a worldwide General Council.
Note 2: Those who are falsely called "material heretics" are not, by this Source of Dogma, in a justified state since they do not keep the faith whole and inviolate ... since "they just don't know". So they are not in a state where they can get to Heaven, to say otherwise is heresy.
Vatican Council of 1870, Pope Pius IX, Session 2, Profession of Faith -- Ex-Cathedra Dogma >
"This true Catholic Faith, outside of which none can be saved, which I now freely profess and truly hold, is what I shall steadfastly maintain and confess, by the help of God, in all its completeness and purity until my dying breath, and I shall do my best to ensure that all others do the same. This is what I, the same Pius, promise, vow and swear."
Note 1: Ex-Cathedra ... the Pope in union with the Bishops of the world ... at a worldwide General Council.
Note 2: Those who are falsely called "material heretics" are not, by this Source of Dogma, in a justified state since they do not keep the faith in all its completeness and purity ... since "they just don't know". So they are not in a state where they can get to Heaven, to say otherwise is heresy.
Vatican Council of 1870, Pope Pius IX, Session 3, Chapter 3 On Faith, Paragraphs 8-9 -- Ex-Cathedra Dogma >
"Wherefore, by Divine and Catholic Faith all those things are to be believed ... which are proposed by the Church as matters to be believed as Divinely revealed (...) Since, then, without Faith it is impossible to please God and reach the fellowship of his sons and daughters, it follows that no one can ever achieve justification without it, neither can anyone attain eternal life unless he or she perseveres in it to the end."
Note 1: Ex-Cathedra ... the Pope in union with the Bishops of the world ... at a worldwide General Council.
Note 2: Those who are falsely called "material heretics" are not, by this Source of Dogma, in a justified state since they do not believe all those things that are to be believed ... since "they just don't know". So they are not in a state where they can get to Heaven, to say otherwise is heresy.
Note 3: Matters Divinely revealed are ... the Sources of Dogma definitions of the Pope in union with the Bishops of the world.
Council of Trent, Pope Pius IV, Iniunctum nobis, 13 Nov 1565 -- Ex-Cathedra Dogma >
"This true Catholic faith, outside of which no one can be saved ... I now profess and truly hold ..."
Note 1: Ex-Cathedra ... the Pope in union with the Bishops of the world ... at a worldwide General Council.
Note 2: Those who are falsely called "material heretics" are not, by this Source of Dogma, in a justified state since they do not truly hold the Catholic Faith ... since "they just don't know". So they are not in a state where they can get to Heaven, to say otherwise is heresy.
Vatican Council of 1870, Pope Pius IX, Session 3, Chapter 3, Paragraph 1 -- Ex-Cathedra Dogma >
"Since human beings are totally dependent on God as their Creator and Lord, and created reason is completely subject to uncreated truth, we are obliged to yield to God the Revealer full submission of intellect and will by faith."
Note 1: Ex-Cathedra ... the Pope in union with the Bishops of the world ... at a worldwide General Council.
Note 2: Those who are falsely called "material heretics" are not, by this Source of Dogma, in a justified state since they do not believe what they are obliged to believe ... since "they just don't know". So they are not in a state where they can get to Heaven, to say otherwise is heresy.
Council of Trent, Session 6, Canons on Justification, Canon 12, 1547 A.D. -- Ex-Cathedra Dogma >
"If any one saith, that justifying faith is nothing else but confidence in the Divine mercy which remits sins for Christ's sake; or, that this confidence alone is that whereby we are justified; let him be anathema."
Note 1: Ex-Cathedra ... the Pope in union with the Bishops of the world ... at a worldwide General Council.
Note 2: Those who are falsely called "material heretics" are not, by this Source of Dogma, in a justified state by simply having "a confidence" and not the "justifying faith". So they are not in a state where they can get to Heaven, to say otherwise is heresy.
Vatican Council of 1870, Session 3, Chapter 4, Paragraphs 13, 14 -- Ex-Cathedra Dogma >
"For the doctrine of the faith which God has revealed ... as a Divine deposit committed to the spouse of Christ to be faithfully protected and infallibly promulgated ... that meaning of the Sacred Dogmas is ever to be maintained ..."
Note 1: Ex-Cathedra ... the Pope in union with the Bishops of the world ... at a worldwide General Council.
Note 2: This Source of Dogma says that the Church is to protect the Faith and promulgate it, which means that Catholics are responsible for knowing the Faith ... and maintaining it in their souls.
Council of Florence, Session 11, 4 February 1442 -- Ex-Cathedra Dogma >
"The Holy Roman Church ... condemns, reproves, anathematizes and declares to be outside the body of Christ, which is the Church, whoever holds opposing or contrary views."
Note: Those who are falsely called "material heretics" hold opposing views because "they just don't know" and the Council of Florence verifies the fact that they are outside of the Catholic Church.
Second Council of Constantinople, Sentence against the Three Chapters section, 553 A.D. -- Ex-Cathdra Dogma >
"The heretic, even though he has not been condemned formally by any individual, in reality brings anathema on himself, having cut himself off from the way of truth by his heresy."
Note 1: Ex-Cathedra ... the Pope in union with the Bishops of the world ... at a worldwide General Council.
Note 2: This Source of Dogma says that Catholics are responsible for knowing the Faith ... and not being heretics against any of the Dogmas.
Second Council of Constantinople, 553 A.D. -- Ex-Cathedra Dogma >
"What reply can such people make to the Apostle when he writes: As for someone who is factious, after admonishing him once or twice, have nothing more to do with him, knowing that such a person is perverted and sinful; he is self-condemned."
Note 1: Ex-Cathedra ... the Pope in union with the Bishops of the world ... at a worldwide General Council.
Note 2: This Source of Dogma says that Catholics are responsible for knowing the Faith ... and not being heretics against any of the Dogmas.
Vatican Council of 1870, Session 2, Profession of Faith, Article 14 -- Ex-Cathedra Dogma >
"Likewise all other things which have been transmitted, defined and declared by the sacred canons and the ecumenical councils, especially the sacred Trent, I accept unhesitatingly and profess; in the same way whatever is to the contrary, and whatever heresies have been condemned, rejected and anathematized by the Church, I too condemn, reject and anathematize."
Note 1: Ex-Cathedra ... the Pope in union with the Bishops of the world ... at a worldwide General Council.
Note 2: This Source of Dogma says that Catholics are responsible for knowing the Faith ... and not being heretics against any of the Dogmas.
Council of Ephesus, 431 A.D. -- Ex-Cathedra Dogma >
"All heretics corrupt the true expressions of the Holy Spirit with their own evil minds and they draw down on their own heads an inextinguishable flame."
Note 1: Ex-Cathedra ... the Pope in union with the Bishops of the world ... at a worldwide General Council.
Note 2: This Source of Dogma says that Catholics are responsible for knowing the Faith ... and not being heretics against any of the Dogmas.
Pope Pius X, Acerbo Nimis, 15 April 1905, Paragraphs 2, 26 >
"And so Our Predecessor, Benedict XIV, had just cause to write: 'We declare that a great number of those who are condemned to eternal punishment suffer that everlasting calamity because of ignorance of those mysteries of faith which must be known and believed in order to be numbered among the elect.' (...) These truths, indeed, far surpass the natural understanding of the people, yet must be known by all - the uneducated and the cultured - in order that they may arrive at eternal happiness."
Note: Those who are falsely called "material heretics" do not know the faith "which must be known" to be numbered among the elect. Falsely calling them "material heretics" and thus trying to remove their culpability for "not knowing" contributes to their eternal damnation. It goes without saying that those who employ the "material heretic" fiction to effect the loss of other souls are also losing their souls, unless they repent.
Catholic De Fide Dogma Section V, God the Sanctifier, De Fide Dogma 23 >
"The three Divine or theological virtues of Faith, Hope, and Charity are infused with sanctifying grace."
Dogma Section V, God the Sanctifier, De Fide Dogma 18 >
"The justification of an adult is not possible without Faith."
Catholic writing in 1 Corinthians 14:38 >
"But if any man know not, he shall not be known."
Pope Pius IX, Qui Pluribus, Paragraph 19, 9 Nov 1846 >
"You must also care for and defend the Catholic faith with episcopal strength and see that the flock entrusted to you stands to the end firm and unmoved in the faith. For unless one preserves the faith entire and uninjured, he will without doubt perish forever."
Note: Those people who are falsely called "material heretics" - are not in a justified state because they do not hold the faith.
Catholic Faith (pre-fulfillment) writing of Ecclesiasticus 24:44, 46, 47 > 44: "For I make doctrine to shine forth to all as the morning light, and I will declare it afar off." 46: "I will yet pour out doctrine as prophecy, and will leave it to them that seek wisdom, and will not cease to instruct their offspring even to the holy age." 47: "See ye that I have not laboured for myself only, but for all that seek out the truth."
Note 1: Verse 44 states that God makes doctrine available to all (as the morning light) so that one cannot say that people can be "material heretics" or be in "material heresy" ... as if it is not their own fault.
Note 2: Immediately following in verses 46 and 47, the Catholic God states that we have the responsibility to seek out the truth (which shines forth as the morning light) ... the Catholic Dogma and Sources of Dogma. This shows again that the labels "material heretic" and "materisl heresy" are a complete farce ... in that people are responsible for seeking out the truth and are culpable if they do not.
Pope Benedict XIV, Cum Religiosi (On Catechesis), Paragraph 4, 26 June 1754 >
"See to it that every minister performs carefully the measures laid down by the holy Council of Trent and by the statutes of your synods: that on fixed days school-masters and mistresses should teach Christian doctrine; that confessors should perform this part of their duty whenever anyone stands at their tribunal who does not know what he must by necessity of means know to be saved."
Note 1: The phrase "necessity of means" is the Catholic term for designating that which is mandatory to be able to get to Heaven.
Note 2: Benedict XIV is addressing the activity of teaching Christian doctrine and that it must be known as a necessity of means to be saved (get to Heaven).
Note 3: Keeping the entire Catholic Faith is believing the Dogma listed in Section 3 and believing all of the citations of the Church which are Sources of Dogma.
Note 4: Besides knowing, believing, and living by the Catholic Dogma the other necessity of means to gain salvation (get to Heaven) is water baptism since no one can get to Heaven with Original Sin on their soul and water baptism is the only way to remit this sin.
Pope Benedict XIV, Cum Religiosi (On Catechesis), Paragraph 1, 26 June 1754 >
It was very often found that these people were ignorant of the mysteries of the Faith, even of those matters which must be known by necessity of means; consequently, they were ineligible to partake of the Sacraments.
Note 1: Benedict XIV states that knowing the Faith is a necessity of means (needed to get to Heaven) also in paragraph 4 of Cum Religiosi as seen above.
Note 2: Note also that persons were not eligible for the Sacraments while in a state of ignorance.
Note 3: Mass and sacramental confession is not available in these times ... the Vatican-2 meeting halls sacrifice to the "Vatican-2 god" (i.e. demons) and the "independents" the "SSPX", "SSPV", "CMRI", etc. also sacrifice to demons since they are non-Catholic entities in violation of the Jurisdiction and Governance Dogma listed in Section 87.
Saint Thomas Aquinas, Doctor of the Church, died 1274 A.D. >
"Three things are necessary for the salvation of man: to know what he ought to believe; to know what he ought to desire; and to know what he ought to do."
Saint Thomas Aquinas, Doctor of the Church, died 1274 A.D. >
"So, the Savior goes on with His appointed task, although many perish. For, their destruction is not His aim, but is the consequence of their own ignorance."
Catholic Faith (pre-fulfillment) writing of Job 33:28-30 > 28: "He hath delivered his soul from going into destruction, that it may live and see the light." 29: "Behold, all these things God worketh three times within every one." 30: "That he may withdraw their souls from corruption, and enlighten them with the light of the living."
Catholic Faith (pre-fulfillment) writing of Sophonias 1:3, 6 >
"I will destroy men from off the face of the land, saith the Lord. (...) Them that turn away from following after the Lord, and that have not sought the Lord, nor searched after Him."
Note: God clearly stating here that the people who are falsely called "material heretics" are culpable - for not knowing. Also after a certain point, where they have recieved sufficient actual grace to make progress ... if this grace is ignored they will be destroyed.
Catholic Faith (pre-fulfillment) writing of Psalm 18:4-5 > 4: "There are no speeches nor languages, where their voices are not heard." 5: "Their sound hath gone forth into all the earth: and their words unto the ends of the world."
Note The unbaptized pagans who call themselves jews ... when challenged on some matter ... are fond of saying "do you read Hebrew"? But, we see here that ... "there is no languages where their voices are not heard". So God does not withhold the truth from people on the basis of their language.
Catholic Faith (pre-fulfillment) writing of Wisdom 1:7 >
"For the spirit of the Lord hath filled the whole world: and that, which containeth all things, hath knowledge of the voice."
Catholic Faith (pre-fulfillment) writing of Isaias 11:9 >
"For the earth is filled with the knowledge of the Lord, as the covering waters of the sea."
Catholic Faith (pre-fulfillment) writing of 1 Paralipomenon 17:20 >
"O Lord there is none like thee: and there is no other God beside thee, of all whom we have heard of with our ears."
Pope Pius IX, Nostis et Nobiscum, Paragraph 10, 8 Dec 1849 >
"In particular, ensure that the faithful are deeply and thoroughly convinced of the truth of the doctrine that the Catholic faith is necessary for attaining salvation."
Pope Pelagius I, died 561 A.D. >
"So that they may burn without end, the Lord by a very just judgment will give over to the punishment of eternal and inextinguishable fire the wicked who either did not know the way of the Lord or, knowing it, left it."
Note: Knowing the way of the Lord is knowing the Catholic Dogma. Pope Pelagius I states that those who are falsely called "material heretics" are headed for Hell.
Saint Augustine, Epistle to Sixtus, JUR vol.III: 1454 >
"Those who keep their eyes shut cannot see. God made you without your knowledge, but He does not justify you without your willing it. Refusal to hear the truth leads to sin, and that sin itself is punishment for the preceding sin. Every sinner is inexcusable whether he knows it or not. For ignorance itself, in those who do not want to know, is without doubt a sin; and, in those unable to know, is the penalty of sin. In neither case, then, is there a just excuse, but in both cases there is a just condemnation."
Note: Those who are falsely called "material heretics" are identified as culpable by Saint Augustine. Since they are culpable, those who falsely call these people "material heretics" (to eliminate their culpability) are thereby sinning themselves - and not talking like the Saints who have been confirmed by the Church as being in Heaven.
Catholic writing of Romans 1:28-29, 31-32 >
"And as they liked not to have God in their knowledge, God delivered them up to a reprobate sense ... being filled with all iniquity ... without fidelity, without mercy ... are worthy of death; and not only they that do them, but they also that consent to them that do them."
Note: Those who falsely call people "material heretics" and thus try to eliminate their culpability, consent to the fallen state of those who are falsely called "material heretics" (those without fidelity) are also worthy of death for this consenting (for calling them "material heretics").
Saint Thomas Aquinas, Doctor of the Church, died 1274 A.D. >
"Since the sanctification of man is in the power of God who sanctifies, it is not in the competency of man to choose the things by which he is to be sanctified, but this must be determined by Divine institution."
Note: The Divine institution, the necessity of means by which men are sanctified is twofold ... water baptism and believe all of the Catholic Dogma (the necessity of works of Charity are part of the Catholic Dogma and Ordinary Magisterium doctrine). One must attend Mass and Sacramental Confession when they are available (which they are not in these times).
Catholic Faith (pre-fulfillment) writing of Psalm 18:8 >
"The law of the Lord is unspotted, converting souls."
Note: The law of the Lord is the Catholic Dogma, one is converted by believing it and being baptized in water. Someone who is falsely called a "material heretic" is not converted because he does not know the law.
Catholic writing of Saint Matthew 28:18 >
"And Jesus coming, spoke to them, saying: All power is given to me in Heaven and in earth."
Note: "All power" ... means He can reach the elect with the entire Catholic Faith.
Catholic Faith (pre-fulfillment) writing of Proverbs 22:20 >
"Behold I have described it to thee three manner of ways, in thoughts and knowledge."
Saint Thomas Aquinas, Doctor of the Church, died 1274 A.D. >
"It follows that ignorance has the nature of mortal sin on account of either a preceding negligence, or the consequent result; and, for this reason, ignorance is reckoned one of the general causes of sin. All sin proceeds from ignorance."
Note: Those who are falsely called "material heretics" are identified as culpable by Saint Thomas Aquinas. Since they are culpable, those who falsely call these people "material heretics" (to eliminate their culpability) and thereby sinning themselves - and not talking like the Saints who have been confirmed by the Church as being in Heaven.
Pope Pius IX, Ineffabilis Deus, 8 December 1854 >
"Hence, if anyone shall dare - which God forbid! - to think otherwise than as has been defined by us, let him know and understand that he is condemned by his own judgment; that he has suffered shipwreck in the faith; that he has separated from the unity of the Church ..."
Note: Those who are falsely called "material heretics", who think otherwise as has been defined, because "they just don't know" are separated from the Catholic Church.
Pope St. Leo the Great, 440-461 A.D., "Magno Munere," Epistle 82 to Emperor Marcian >
"The faith shall never vary in any age, for one is the faith which justifies the Just of all ages."
Note: Those people who are falsely called "material heretics" - are not in a justified state because they do not hold the faith.
Pope Leo XIII, Satis Cognitum, Paragraph 9, 29 June 1896 >
"The practice of the Church has always been the same, as is shown by the unanimous teaching of the Fathers, who were wont to hold as outside Catholic communion, and alien to the Church, whoever would recede in the least degree from any point of doctrine proposed by her authoritative Magisterium."
Note: Those who are falsely called "material heretics" are receding from some point of doctrine in their sinful state of ignorance and so are not in a justified state, automatically outside of the Church and headed for Hell.
St. Vincent of Lerins, Commonitoria, died c. 445 A.D. >
"Every possible care must be taken to hold fast to that faith which has been believed everywhere, always, and by everyone. (...) It is therefore an indispensable obligation for all Catholics to adhere to the faith of the Fathers, to preserve it, to die for it and, on the other hand, to detest the profane novelties of profane men, to dread them, to harass them, and to attack them."
Note: Those people who are falsely called "material heretics" - are not in a justified state because they do not hold the faith.
Pope Leo XIII, Satis Cognitum, Paragraph 9, 29 June 1896 >
"But he who dissents even in one point from divinely revealed truth absolutely rejects all faith, since he thereby refuses to honor God as the supreme truth and the formal motive of faith."
Note: Those people who are falsely called "material herestics" by being in a state of unbelief on some point of the truth, reject all faith - he cannot be in a justified state whereby he can get to Heaven (because he is in a fallen state).
Blessed Isaias >
"Continue in that doctrine which you have learned in Holy Church, neither adding nor subtracting from it."
Note: We are to continue in the doctrine to be justified. Those who are falsely called "material heretics" (because they "just" don't know) are not in a justified state.
Catholic writing of 2 Saint John 1:9 >
"Whosoever revolteth, and continueth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that continueth in the doctrine, the same hath both the Father and the Son."
Note: Those who are falsely called "material heretics" violate this scripture by not continuing in the doctrine because "they just don't know". They cannot continue in the doctrine if they sinfully "do not know" the doctrine.
Catholic Faith (pre-fulfillment) writing of Osee 4:6 >
"My people have been silent, because they had no knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will reject thee ... thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I also will forget thy children."
Note: Those who are falsely called "material heretics" are also causing a curse to come upon their children because "they just don't know". By chosing ignorance, people by that very fact, reject knowledge.
Pope Pius IX, Quanto Conficiamur Moerore, On Promotion of False Doctrines, Paragraph 13, 10 Aug 1863 >
"Admonish and exhort them to be strong in our sacred faith, without which it is impossible to please God. Urge them to persevere firmly established in our Divine religion, which alone is true and eternal and prepares for salvation."
Note: By calling people "material heretics" one is leading people away from the one Faith which prepares for salvation.
Catholic Faith (pre-fulfillment) writing of Isaias 40:21 >
"Do you not know? Hath it not been heard? Hath it not been told you from the beginning?"
Catholic Faith (pre-fulfillment) writing of Ecclesiasticus 21:11 >
"The way of sinners is made plain with stones, and in their end is Hell, and darkness, and pains."
Catholic Dogma, Section V, God the Sanctifier, Dogma No. 14 >
"The human will remains free under the influence of efficacious grace, which is not irresistible."
Note: De Fide Dogma that those who are falsely called "material heretics" receive the graces efficacious to save their souls, but this grace is not irresistible so people freely remain in states where they "just don't know".
Catholic Dogma, Section V, God the Sanctifier, Dogma No. 17 >
"The sinner can and must prepare himself by the help of actual grace for the reception of the grace by which he is justified."
Note: De Fide Dogma that the sinner, such as the people who are falsely called "material heretics" do receive the actual graces needed to move to the justified state but they chose to stay in the state where "they just don't know".
Saint Ambrose, died 397 A.D. >
"No one comes to grace except him who knows the Law."
Catholic Faith (pre-fulfillment) writing of Isaias 59:1 >
"Behold the hand of the Lord is not shortened that it cannot save."
Note: In the way that He prescribed ... because God cannnot deceive.
Saint Caesarius of Arles, died 543 A.D., Sermons, ed. Germain Morin, PL 39; Corpus Christianorum >
"We must first know what is just before we can do what is just."
Catholic Faith (pre-fulfillment) writing of Wisdom 14:22 >
"And it was not enough for them to err about the knowledge of God, but whereas they lived in a great war of ignorance, they call so many and so great evils peace."
Catholic writing of Saint John 1:9 >
"That was the True Light, which enlighteneth every man that cometh into this world."
Catholic writing of Saint John 7:17 >
"If any man do the will of Him; he shall know of the doctrine."
Note: Those who do not do the will of God (in learning the faith, morals, and charity) do not have the doctrine placed into their souls. Those who are falsely called "material heretics", do not know the doctrine because they do not do the will of God, which makes them culpable heretics.
Pope Innocent II, 1130-43 A.D., Errors of Peter Abelard, No.10 >
"That whatever is done through ignorance must not be considered a sin, is hereby condemned as error."
Note: Those who are falsely called "material heretics" are in sin by that very fact, Innocent II states that they are culpable.
Saint Teresa of Avila, died 1582 A.D. >
"No one is lost without knowing it, and no one is deceived without wanting to be."
Saint Francis de Sales, died 1622 A.D., Works of St. Francis de Sales, Dom Mackey, OSB >
"Christ says that not only those who do evil, but likewise those who omit to do the good commanded to be done, shall suffer eternal punishment. You who know, or ought to know, are inexcusable."
Saint Anselm, died 1109 A.D., Doctor of the Church, Prosologion, Chapter 1 >
"For I do not seek to understand that I may believe, but I believe in order to understand. For this also I believe, that unless I believed, I should not understand."
Note: Those who falsely call people "material heretics" contribute to the spiritual blindness of these heretics by giving them an excuse for not knowing and believing the Catholic Faith and by deactivating other people who could help those who are falsely called "material heretics".

The source of the "material heresy" deception
~ ~ ~
The term "material heresy" is not mentioned even a single time in any Catholic Council writings and it is nowhere in the Denzinger, Sources of Catholic Dogma (see search results below). This lie against the Faith (that "material heretics" are not actually heretics) began to get wide circulation after this term appeared in heretical "Catholic encyclopedias" in the early 1900's -- such as "The Law of the Church", 1906, published by Kegan Paul, Trench, Trubner & Co., page 357 -- Subtitle: "A Cyclopaedia of Canon Law for English-Speaking Countries". Kegan Paul, Trench, Trubner & Co. were clearly jew-heretic publishers.
The underlying deception related to this "material heresy" novelty is the lie that those in the "state" of "material heresy" might not be headed for Hell ... when in fact they are.
There are heretical "Catholic encyclopedias" issued during the Papacy of Pius X which mention "material heresy" ... these volumes cannot be used to go against the Catholic Dogma that one who dies "ignorant" of the Catholic Dogma will descend into Hell. Playing the "material heretic" game for a moment ... even though the fraudulent term "material heresy" shows up in these texts, nowhere in these texts does it say that someone who dies in a state of "material heresy" can get to Heaven (they can't). There are a substantial number of liars in these times who are saying and implying ... that someone who dies as only a "material heretic" can get to Heaven, again this is false.
Setting aside for a moment (for the sake of further illustrating this error) that the concept of "material heresy" is nowhere in the Catholic teaching of the Councils nor in any of the 2333 Articles of the Denzinger, Sources of Catholic Dogma and considering the fact that this soul damning novelty appears in heretical "Catholic encyclopedias" during the reign of Pope Pius X ...
... from what we have found, Pius X gave only one direction related to canon law -- on 19 Mar 1904 he created a congregation to codify canon law which was not standardized between regions of the world. Pius X died in 1914 and the "code" which was published was the heretical "1917 code" under anti-Pope "Benedict XV" (see Section 20). The "Law of the Church" of 1906 does not even look to be directed by Pius X - still more proof that the "material heresy" fraud was not from Pius X. Pius X himself cites that you cannot get to Heaven in the "state" of "material heresy" as seen in Acerbo Nimis:
Pope Pius X, Acerbo Nimis, 15 April 1905, Paragraphs 2, 26 >
"These truths, indeed, far surpass the natural understanding of the people, yet must be known by all - the uneducated and the cultured - in order that they may arrive at eternal happiness."

There is a complete absence of this modernist theory of "material" and "formal" heresy in the formal Catholic writings (Church Council writings or other Sources of Dogma) ... proving that it is non-Catholic fiction, groundless, unfounded, totally without merit, and must be rejected to save your soul.
~ ~ ~
(Books with the words "Catholic Encyclopedia", "Catholic Dictionary", "Catholic Canon Law", "Catechism", etc. on
the cover are not formal Catholic teaching they are simply writings to support and defend the Dogma, if they
go against the Dogma they must be rejected as heresy. See Section 3.1 of this website.)
The Denzinger - Sources of Catholic Dogma doesn't have a single instance of this ... non-Catholic fiction >
The Denzinger is organized by numbered articles. There are 2333 (two thousand, three hundred, and thirty three) numbered articles in the Denzinger which documents writings and teachings of Catholic Councils, Popes, and Saints. We placed the entire Denzinger into a single MS-word file which ran to 408 pages and proceeded to do searches on this subject in the following manner with the following results:
Searched on --> "material heresy" --> not a single occurance
Searched on --> "material heretic" --> not a single occurance
Searched on --> "formal heresy" --> not a single occurance
Searched on --> "formal heretic" --> not a single occurance
So in 2333 articles of the formal Catholic teaching from the earliest times of the Church there is not a single instance where this modernist theory is mentioned or alluded to in any way whatsoever.
The writings of the Catholic world-wide Councils do not have a single instance of this ... non-Catholic fiction >
Similiar to the Denzinger search, we placed all of the Catholic Council texts (20 Councils) into a single MS-word file which ran to 538 pages and proceeded to do searches on this subject in the following manner with the following results:
Searched on --> "material heresy" --> not a single occurance
Searched on --> "material heretic" --> not a single occurance
Searched on --> "formal heresy" --> not a single occurance
Searched on --> "formal heretic" --> not a single occurance
Search Summary >
A total of 946 pages of the formal Catholic teachings times four different types of searches equaling 3,784 pages checked using the above search criteria without a single instance of finding anything that speaks of "material heresy", "formal heresy", "material heretic", or "formal heretic".
If formal heresy versus material heresy (or formal heretic versus material heretic) were teachings of the Catholic Church these subjects most certainly would have to be addressed somewhere, at least once, in the above writings.

Summary regarding the "material heresy" / "material heretic" fraud
~ ~ ~
If you believe the "material heresy" / "formal heresy" fiction against the below listed Catholic Magisterium citations (which say the opposite) you are headed for Hell. If this is the case, repent of holding to the "material heretic" heresy, and make amends to those you have sinned against with this false teaching.
Non-Catholic and non-authentic sources such as the following cannot be used to refute Magisterium citations:
- The non-Catholic "canon law" of 1917 promulgated by automatically excommunicated heretic "Benedict XV"
- The non-Catholic "canon law" of 1983 promulgated and employed by automatically excommunicated heretics "John Paul II" and "Benedict XVI"
- The heretical volumes called "Catholic encyclopedias"
- Quotes by Saints that go against the Dogma listed below - such quotes, by definition, are not part of the Magisterium since they oppose the Dogma
Advisory: If someone tries to present the "material heretic" heresy to you as Catholic teaching, ask him what Catholic source he used to come to his (false) conclusion - he will not be able to provide one. You can then send him to this Section of this website.

Truth of the super-natural order: All grace starts with God, goes to the hands of the Blessed Virgin, and then into the world. God (Grace Himself) came into the world by the Blessed Virgin, God never changes, all grace follows the same path to this day and until the end of the world.
