Introduction:
The Church has clear teaching regarding avoiding heretics and staying out of their buildings. This includes the meeting halls of the Vatican-2 heretic cult (which took over our Catholic properties in 1965). It also includes the "independents" ("sspx", "sspv", "Thuc line", "cmri", other "independents", etc.) all of whom are in heresy against the Catholic Dogma on Jurisdiction and Governance (Section 87). Virtually all of the "independents" are also in heresy against the water baptism Dogma listed in Section 7.2 of this site ... by "believing" and "teaching" the "baptism of desire" heresy. Section 99 addresses the "supplied jurisdiction" fraud.
Pope Leo X, Fifth Lateran Council, Session 8, 1513 A.D. -- Ex cathedra > "And since truth cannot contradict truth, we define that every statement contrary to the enlightened truth of the faith is totally false and we strictly forbid teaching otherwise to be permitted. We decree that all those who cling to erroneous statements of this kind, thus sowing heresies which are wholly condemned, should be avoided in every way and punished as detestable and odious heretics and infidels who are undermining the Catholic faith."
Note 1: The Vatican-2 heretic cult founded in 1965 including is contrary to the Catholic Dogma on salvation (that you have to be Catholic to get to Heaven) and on water baptism Dogma (that you have to be baptized in water to get to Heaven) and are contrary to the Catholic Faith as is evidenced in the over 200 anti-Christ heresies in the "Vatican-2 council" documents. Proof of this is on Section 12 of this site which lists 50 of these heresies with Catholic corrections.

Note 3: This decree dogmatically defines that we should avoid the heretic groups listed in Notes 1 and 2 since they are wholly condemned by the Catholic Church. Lateran Council, Pope Saint Martin I, Canon 18, 649 A.D. > "If anyone according to the holy Fathers, harmoniously with us and likewise with the Faith, does not with mind and lips reject and anathematize all the most abominable heretics together with their impious writings even to one least portion, whom the holy Catholic and apostolic Church of God, that is, the holy and universal five Synods and likewise all the approved Fathers of the Church in harmony, rejects and anathematizes ... let such a person be condemned."

Saint Cyril of Jerusalem, Doctor of the Church, died 386 A.D. > "Abhor all heretics ... heed not their fair speaking or their mock humility; for they are serpents, a 'brood of vipers.' Remember that, when Judas said 'Hail Rabbi', the salutation was an act of betrayal. Do not be deceived by the kiss but beware of the venom. Abhor such men, therefore, and shun the blasphemers of the Holy Spirit, for whom there is no pardon. For what fellowship have you with men without hope. Let us confidently say to God regarding all heretics, 'Did I not hate, O Lord, those who hated Thee, and did I not pine away because of Your enemies?' Note: This citation is pretty clear ... stay out of the Vatican-2 heretic cult and the "independents" (all of whom violate the jurisdiction and governance dogma).
Pope Eugene IV, Council of Florence, Session 11, 1442 A.D. -- Ex-Cathedra Dogma > "Therefore the Holy Roman Church condemns, reproves, anathematizes and declares to be outside the Body of Christ, which is the Church, whoever holds opposing or contrary views."
Note 1: Pope Eugene IV is not teaching that the Church (on its own accord) decides to punish those who hold opposing or contrary views by excommunicating them. No, Pope Eugene IV is dogmatically defining that such persons are already outside the Catholic Church, and because of this fact, the Church must condemn, reprove, and anathematize them, since by Divine law they have received the sentence of excommunication.
Note 2: The Vatican-2 heretic cult founded is 1965 (See Sections 12 through 21 of this website) holds opposing and contrary views with respect to the Catholic Dogmas, therefore those who instituted the Vatican-2 heresy as well as those who have been perpetuating it since 1965 are automatically excommunicated. Section 12 lists 50 heresies of the Vatican-2 cult ... from their "founding documents" of the "Vatican-2 council" followed by Catholic corrections..
Note 3: The "independents" ("SSPX", "SSPV", "Thuc line", "CMRI", other "independents", etc.) all hold opposing views regarding the Catholic Dogma on Jurisdiction and Governance and are thus all automatically excommunicated for heresy. See Section 105 of this site. Also, virtually all of these cults also "teach" the heresy of "baptism of desire" against the water baptism Dogma listed in Section 7.2. Pope Pius IX, Graves Ac Diuturnae, Paragraph 4, 23 March 1875 > "They (the faithful) should totally shun their "religious" celebrations, their buildings, and their chairs of pestilence which they have with impunity established to "transmit" the sacred teachings. They should shun their writings and all contact with them. They should not have any dealings or meetings with usurping priests and apostates from the faith who dare to exercise the duties of an ecclesiastical "minister" without possessing a legitimate mission or any jurisdiction."
Note 1: The Vatican-2 heretic cult is operating their "chairs of pestilence" out of what used to be our Catholic buildings, which we are instructed here to shun (See Sections 12 through 21 of this website). We are to reject their writings (which includes all of the "Vatican-2 council" documents) and avoid contact with them.
Note 2: The Vatican-2-ists lack "legitimate mission and jurisdiction" because Christ only founded the Catholic Church, He did not start the Vatican-2 heresy in 1965. The founding of the Vatican-2 heretic cult was set up prior to 1962 by anti-Popes "Benedict XV", "Pius XI", "Pius XII" and "John XXIII" (See Sections 12.9, 20, 20.1, and 20.2 of this website).
Note 3: The "idependents" ("SSPX", "SSPV", "Thuc line", "CMRI", other "independents", etc.) have set up their "chairs of pestilence" in their own buildings (not taking over formerly Catholic properties). See Section 105 of this site.
Note 4: The heretics are not "transmitting the sacred teachings" (which is the Catholic Dogma and Sources of Dogma) they are transmitting their man-made fables - various heresies against the Catholic truths. Pope Eugene IV, Council of Basel, Session 20, 22 Jan 1435 -- Ex-Cathedra Dogma > "... nobody shall be obliged to abstain from communion with anyone in the administration and reception of sacraments or in any other sacred or profane matters, ... unless ... it is clear that someone has incurred a sentence of excommunication with such notoriety that it cannot be concealed or in any way excused in law."
Note 1: Heresy does not have to be notorious, manifest, or public in any way ... for heresy to place an individual or group automatically outside of the Catholic Church, see Section 13.2 of this site. This citation from the 15th century is a warning to people to avoid heretics when they find out they are heretics. Sacraments can be invalidated by heretics (or anyone else) by falsification of intent, see Section 7 which addresses intent with respect to the Sacraments.
Note 2: The Vatican-2 heretic cult founded in 1965 is clearly notorious, obvious, and manifest in their seemingly countless heresies against the Catholic Dogma - with all their publically available heresy including the 16 "Vatican-2 council" documents. The Vatican-2-ists have taken over our Catholic properties around the world. That being said (we are not supposed to walk into non-Catholic buildings), this dogmatic decree states that we are obliged to abstain from the sacraments at the hands of notorious heretics.

Pope Saint Leo the Great, 440-461 A.D. > "Wherefore, since outside the Catholic Church there is nothing perfect, nothing undefiled, the Apostle declaring that "all that is not of faith is sin" (Romans 14:23), we are in no way likened with those who are divided from the unity of the Body of Christ; we are joined in no communion."
Note 1: We (Catholics) are not to join in communion with those of the Vatican-2 heretic cult which was founded in 1965 at the Vatican ... even though they have taken over our formerly Catholic properties.

Catholic writing of 2 Corinthians 6:14-17 > 14: "Bear not the yoke with unbelievers. For what participation hath justice with injustice? Or what fellowship hath light with darkness?" 15: "And what concord hath Christ with Belial? Or what part hath the faithful with the unbeliever?" 16: "And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols?" (the vatican-2 idol) 17: "Wherefore, Go out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean (vatican-2) thing."

Saint Cyprian, died c. 258 A.D. > "Whoever is separated from the Church must be avoided and fled from; such a man is wrong-headed; he is a sinner and self-condemned. (...) But if some of the leaders of schism persist in their blind and obstinate foolishness, and if advice for their own good fails to bring them back to the way of salvation, let the rest of you (Catholics) (...) break away from their ensnaring falsehood (vatican-2 cult). (...) One must withdraw from those who are engaged in sin; rather, one must fly from them."

Note: Simply ask the Vatican-2 cult leaders (who is dressed like a Catholic priest) or the cult leaders of the "independents" if you have to be baptized in water to get to Heaven. They will say no and defend their heresy with the "baptism of desire" or "baptism of blood" heresies. Compare their heresy with the water baptism Dogma on Section 7.2 of this site ... this is your proof that they are "walking disorderly" (in their heresy) and you must avoid their non-Catholic groups.

Note 1: If your family members insist on physically participating in the Vatican-2 cult and/or believe the Vatican-2 heresies that non-Catholics can get to Heaven (they can't), that those who are not baptized in water can get to Heaven (they can't), that there is Christianity outside of the Catholic Church (there isn't) ... then you have no choice but to separate from them.
Note 2:The family members who participate in the Vatican-2 cult and/or believe the Vatican-2 heresies have left the Catholic family of God, you (who believe the Catholic Dogma) didn't leave them, they left you.
