Introduction:
This section of the website is a moot point ...
since the subject of the section is the activity inside the buildings of a false religion, the vatican-2 heretic cult (founded in 1965). There is no such thing as Catholic Mass outside of the Catholic Church in any heretic cult ... including the vatican-2 heresy which has been screaming against the Catholic Dogma of God since its founding in 1965. Please proceed to Section 13.6 for the Dogma on what we are supposed to do when Sacramental Confession is not available, and keeping Sunday holy when no Mass is available.
We are not concerned with the machinations of those in a false religion (the vatican-2 heresy) - this information is being provided for interest, to show how bishop consecrations were made invalid ... if the below was going on inside of the Catholic Church (which it isn't) ... it is inside of the vatican-2 heresy. There isn't a single Catholic Bishop on the face of the earth, see Section 13.6 ... Sub-part C.
The "work" of "Paul VI" in the changing of the form of the Consecration of Bishops:
The Traditional form in the Catholic Church is:
"Complete in Thy priest the fullness of Thy ministry, and adorned in the raiment of all glory, sanctify him with the dew of
heavenly anointing."
The form of apostate "Paul VI" for the vatican-2 heretic cult (which was founded in 1965 at the Vatican) is:
"So now pour out upon this chosen one that power which is from you, the governing Spirit whom you gave to your beloved Son, Jesus Christ, the Spirit given by Him to the holy apostles, who founded the Church in every place to be your temple for the unceasing glory and praise of your name."
The new form does not signify the grace which it is to effect, that would be the fullness of the priestly ministry. The form of "Paul VI" asks for a power from the Holy Spirit which could signify anything, not necessarily the fullness of the priesthood -- the powers of the episcopacy.
In other areas of the “new consecration"” the following deletions are:
1. In the Traditional Rite of Consecration, the consecrator instructs the bishop elect in the following terms:
"A bishop judges, interprets, consecrates, ordains, offers, baptizes and confirms."
This has been abolished in the "new consecration".
2. In the Traditional Rite, the bishop-to-be is asked to confirm his belief in each and every article of the Creed.
This has been abolished in the "new consecration".
3. In the Traditional Rite, the bishop-to-be is asked if he will "anathematize every heresy that shall arise against the Holy Catholic Church."
This has been abolished in the "new consecration". The deletion of this requirement to anathematize heresy is significant, for this is indeed one of the functions of a bishop.
When was the last time you heard a person who is dressed up like a Catholic bishop anathematize (be condemning of) a "lutheran", "methodist", or any other type of heretic?
4. In the Traditional Rite, after the consecratory prayer, the functions of a bishop are once again specified in these words:
"Give him, O Lord, the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven ... Whatsoever he shall bind upon earth, let it be bound likewise in Heaven, and whatsoever he shall loose upon earth, let it likewise be loosed in Heaven. Whose sins he shall retain, let them be retained, and do Thou remit the sins of whomsoever he shall remit ... Grant him, O Lord, an Episcopal chair ..."
This entire prayer has been abolished in the "new consecration".
Again (as we saw with the "new ordination rite") there is a removal of intent, removing the intent to do what the Church does in the making of bishops. Prayers have been deleted which were considered as necessary for validity in the Traditional rite.
There isn't a single Catholic bishop on the face of the earth ... the approximately 4000 people that are dressed up like Catholic bishops are simply group leaders for the Vatican-2 jew-heretic cult which was founded in 1965 at the Vatican. They are all automatically excommunicated for physical participation in a heretical society.
