Peter Scott ... Heresy / error / deception ... No. 1:

The "sspx" internet address cited above is riddled (of course) with the phrase "supplied jurisdiction" ... and (of course) promotes this heresy.

Catholic correction to heresy / error / deception ... No. 1:

The concept of "supplied jurisdiction" is heresy against the Catholic Dogma on Jurisdiction and Governance as is shown in Sections 87 and 99 of this site. There is not a single mention of the terms "supplied jurisdiction", "supplies jurisdiction", "jurisdiction is supplied by the Church", "the Church supplies jurisdiction", "Church supplies jurisdiction" in any of the Catholic General Council writings or in the Denzinger, Sources of Catholic Dogma -- not a single time. If the concept of "supplied jurisdiction" was a teaching of the Catholic Church it would have to be in the Council writings or in the Denzinger.

"Many have asked how traditional priests can continue to administer the Sacraments, and especially hear confessions, when they have had their Sacramental faculties removed by the local ordinary."

Catholic correction to heresy / error / deception ... No. 2:

Peter Scott is in heresy against the Catholic Dogma on automatic excommunication by saying that the Vatican-2 heretics (who Scott deceptively calls "local ordinaries") are in the Catholic Church. You cannot be a physical member of a heretical society (the Vatican-2 cult) and not be automatically excommunicated. See Section 13.2 of the referenced website, two citations:

Second Council of Constantinople, 553 A.D. >
"The heretic, even though he has not been condemned formally by any individual, in reality brings anathema on himself, having cut himself off from the way of truth by his heresy."

Council of Florence, Session 11, 4 February 1442 A.D. >
"The Holy Roman Church ... condemns, reproves, anathematizes and declares to be outside the body of Christ, which is the Church, whoever holds opposing or contrary views."

There are no Catholic priests in the "sspx" or in any groups which are in heresy against of the Catholic Dogma on Jurisdiction and Governance, they are simply group leaders for non-Catholic heretical societies. Similarly there are no Catholic priests in the non-jurisdictional Vatican-2 cult since they are not Catholic by Faith (see Sections 12 and 13 and their sub-sections).

"But also how these priests are clearly entitled to use supplied jurisdiction."

Catholic correction to heresy / error / deception ... No. 3:

As shown in Sections 87 and 99 of this website the concept of "supplied jurisdiction" is complete heresy against the Catholic Dogma on Jurisdiction and Governance. There is not a single mention of "supplied jurisdiction" in any of the Church Council documents or in the Denzinger Sources of Catholic Dogma. Any canon law which promotes the "supplied jurisdiction" heresy is itself heretical and must be ignored as non-Catholic fiction. Man-made canon law cannot be used to go against Ex-Cathedra Catholic Dogma (Divine Law) promulgated at worldwide Catholic General Councils (the Pope in union with the bishops of the world).

There are no Catholic priests in the "sspx" since they are in violation of many Catholic Dogmas, see Section 105 of this site. Likewise there are no Catholic priests in the Vatican-2 cult, "SSPV", "CMRI", "Thuc line" groups, other independents, etc.

"It is obvious that the present crisis in the Church is not foreseen in Canon Law."

Catholic correction to heresy / error / deception ... No. 4:

This is more heresy and deception ... in that there is no such thing as a "crisis in the Church". The Catholic Church is stainless and spotless it cannot be damaged, it cannot have a "crisis".

The only thing that can happen to the Catholic Church is that the number of people in the stainless spotless Catholic Church increases or decreases (which it has in these times). The people who are in the Catholic Church are those who are baptized and who believe all of the Dogmas of the Church.

Peter Scott demonstrates with this incredible statement that he has no idea what the definition of the Catholic Church is and no idea as to the definition of who its members are.

Peter Scott doesn’t understand that if a person is saying false things about the Catholic Faith (on purpose or by sinful ignorance of the Dogma) then that person is not creating a "crisis in the Church" simply because he is not even in the Church ... the person making false statements is automatically excommunicated for heresy. See Sections 5.1 and 5.2 of Immaculata-one.com which refute the "material heretic" heresy -- which falsely states that "if someone doesn’t know he’s a heretic then he isn’t one".

"Consequently we must base our activity (of setting up Catholic looking liturgies) on the juridical analogy taken from the general norms of the Codes (Canon 20 in the Old Code and Canon 19 in the New Code), which state that if there is no express law concerning a special situation, the rule must be taken from ..."

This is more heresy because you cannot "base your activity" on any man-made canon law that violates the Catholic Dogma on Jurisdiction and Governance. An "activity" undertaken based on man-made canon law which goes against the Divine Law (the Catholic Dogma) is fraudulent. Canon law can only support and defend Divine Law ... using it to violate Divine Law is heresy.

For subjects which are addressed in Divine Law (such as the Catholic Dogma on Jurisdiction and Governance) man-made Canon Law can only be employed in defense of the Dogma ... it cannot be used to go against the Dogma.

"Laws promulgated for similar circumstances. The similar circumstances are those in which the Church supplies jurisdiction on account of the grave danger to souls."

Scott is again in heresy against the Catholic Dogma on Jurisdiction and Governance by pushing the heresy of "supplied jurisdiction". There is no Catholic teaching from Church Councils or in the Denzinger, Sources of Catholic Dogma about "supplied jurisdiction". The notion of "supplied jurisdiction" is a non-Catholic fiction for the damnation of souls.

Peter Scott states that the Church "supplies jurisdiction" in cases of: "Common error concerning a priest’s jurisdiction: Old Code [i.e., the 1917 Code of Canon Law, forthwith "OC"] Canon 209 (New Code [i.e., the 1983 Code of Canon Law, forthwith "NC"] 144).

This is more deception, since there is no "common error" (among the people) and there is no "probable doubt" (among the people), regarding the Catholic Dogma on Jurisdiction and Governance which is clearly listed in the Council of Florence and the Vatican Council of 1870. There is no discussion anywhere in the Church Council writings or Denzinger, Sources of Catholic Dogma regarding "common error" with regard to jurisdiction and governance - this is a non-Catholic fiction showing up in the 1917 Code. See Section 105.3 regarding the heresies in the "1917 code" and the heresies of "Benedict XV" who promulgated it.

This deception is more fully refuted in the "canon 209" and "canon 144" parts of Section 105.1 of this site.

Peter Scott states that the Church "supplies jurisdiction" in cases of:
"Positive and probable doubt: OC 209 (NC 144). This can be concerning jurisdiction or common error or danger of death."

There is no "positive and probable doubt" regarding the Catholic Dogma on Jurisdiction and Governance ... the Divine Law is fully defined at the Council of Florence and at the Vatican Council of 1870 (five times). As to why Peter Scott thinks there is "doubt" regarding the exceedingly basic Catholic teaching regarding jurisdiction and governance is a total mystery.

This deception is more fully refuted in the "canon 209" and "canon 144" parts of Section 105.1 of this site.

Peter Scott states that the Church "supplies jurisdiction" in cases of: "Non-cognizance to the fact that jurisdiction has expired: OC 207.

Catholic correction to heresy / error / deception ... No. 9:

This is more deception in that Canon 207 is about delegated power for completion of a task or activity. The concept of delegated power has nothing to do with Catholic jurisdiction which governs the Sacraments. Even if Canon 207 was about the Sacraments, man-made canon law cannot be used to go against the Divine Law on Jurisdiction and Governance.

This deception is fully refuted in the "canon 207" part of Section 105 of this site..

Peter Scott states that the Church "supplies jurisdiction" in cases of:
"Danger of death: OC 882 and 2252 (NC 976 and 1357). Those who cannot find a suitable confessor for a long period of time and who are consequently in danger of spiritual death must be assimilated to those in danger of death, according to the principle of Canonical Equity.

Scott is in heresy here by saying and believing that canonical equity (epikeia) can be used against the Divine Law (the Catholic Dogma on Jurisdiction and Governance) ... epikeia can only be used on matters related to man-made law and discipline.

The Catholic Dogma on Jurisdiction and Governance which Scott has been in heresy against for years is listed in Section 87 of this site.

Bernard Tissier ... Heresy / error / deception ... No. 1:

"Your traditional priests - for they are your priests - your traditional bishops and your traditional parishes, have no ordinary authority, but an extraordinary authority which is a supplied authority."

This is heresy by Tissier against the Catholic Dogma on Jurisdiction and Governance. The phrase "supplied authority" is not in the Catholic Council writings of the worldwide councils ... not a single time. Likewise "supplied authority" is not in the Denzinger, Sources of Catholic Dogma at all ... not even once. This concept is complete heresy as is shown in Sections 87 and 99 of this site. Why is Bernard Tissier speaking in terms which are completely foreign to the teachings of the Catholic Church? Does he have the best interests of your immortal soul at heart?

There are no Catholic priests in the groups which are in heresy against the Catholic Dogma on Jurisdiction and Governance, they are simply group leaders for non-Catholic heretical societies. Similarly there are no Catholic priests in the Vatican-2 cult.

"The bishops of the Society, they say, did not receive their authority from the Holy Father."

Tissier is in heresy here against all the Catholic Dogma which addresses automatic excommunication for heresy. Tissier is committing a deception here by saying that automatically excommunicated heretics, the Vatican-2 cult group leaders are in the Catholic Church. By doing this Tissier is in fact endorsing all of the outrageous heresy which is in the "Vatican-2 council" documents ... heresies which are enforced on our formerly Catholic properties. Why would Bernard Tissier do such a thing?

Selected heresies of Ratzinger and Wojtyla are listed in Sections 12.6 and 12.7 of Immaculata-one.com, in addition to the fact that they enforced and supported the Vatican-2 document heresies for decades. These actions, and their physical participation in the Vatican-2 cult cause the automatic removal of their souls from the Catholic Church.

"It has not received it (jurisdiction) by delegation or by mandate of the Sovereign Pontiff or the diocesan bishops or of regularly appointed parish priests."

Catholic correction to heresy / error / deception ... No. 3:

Tissier’s heresy here, against the Catholic Dogma of automatic excommunication for heresy, is that he is saying that the Vatican-2 group leaders (who are dressed like Catholic bishops and who reside in buildings that have Catholic signs) are in the Catholic Church. It couldn’t be clearer that the Vatican-2 cult is a heretical society and its participants are automatically excommunicated for heresy by their very participation. There are well over 200 heresies in the "Vatican-2 council" documents, and yet Tissier is amazingly saying that the Vatican-2 cult is a Catholic organization.

More deception in this statement by Tissier: The Vatican-2 cult does not have a "Sovereign Pontiff" the Vatican-2 jew-heretic cult does not have the Office of the Papacy, only the Catholic Church has the Office of the Papacy.

One more error in this statement by Tissier: There are no Catholic bishops in the Vatican-2 cult, there are no Catholic diocese in the Vatican-2 cult (the word diocese only applies to the Catholic Church), and there are no Catholic priests in the Vatican-2 cult.

There are four deceptions and errors against the Catholic Faith in this one sentence by Tissier in addition to his heresy against the Catholic Dogma on automatic excommunication.

"You know that for the validity of a confession, the priest must have the power of hearing confessions. He normally receives this power from the bishop, but it is quite obvious that in the present situation this is impossible. Does this mean that our confessions are invalid? No."

Catholic correction to heresy / error / deception ... No. 4:

This is heresy against the Catholic Dogma on Jurisdiction and Governance as is shown in Section 87 of this site. The spiritual reality is that the confessions in the sspx  and in the Vatican-2 cult are invalid, there is no absolution of sins in these non-Catholic groups. The Vatican-2 cult is a heretical society so there is no remission of sin there. The sspx  is in heresy against the Jurisdiction and Governance Dogma so that there is no remission of sin in the sspx . A Catholic dogmatic citation on this is:

Pope Boniface VIII, Unam Sanctam, 18 Nov 1302, Ex-Cathedra >
"With Faith urging us we are forced to believe and to hold the one, holy, Catholic Church and that, apostolic, and we firmly believe and simply confess this Church outside of which there is no salvation nor remission of sin, the Spouse in the Canticle proclaiming: ‘One is my dove, my perfect one'."

There are no Catholic priests in the groups which are in heresy against the Catholic Dogma on Jurisdiction and Governance, they are simply group leaders for non-Catholic heretical societies. Similarly there are no Catholic bishops in the Vatican-2 cult.

"We already resolved this question (are Society confessions valid) a long time ago, explaining it to the faithful as a case of necessity."

Catholic correction to heresy / error / deception ... No. 5:

This is more heresy from Tissier, by trying to justify "confession" in the sspx  he resorts to saying that it is a "case of necessity". One cannot have recourse to the concept of a "case of necessity" when it is in violation of the Divine Law (the Dogma on Jurisdiction and Governance).

The dogmatic Council of Trent in Sessions 6 and 14 describe the true Catholic teaching on what we are to do when sacramental confession is not available. This was outlined in the "canon 882" part of Section 105.1 of this site ... so Tissier is also rejecting long established decrees from the Council of Trent regarding Justification and Contrition.

"This is the case where the Church directly confers jurisdiction on a priest without going through the different degrees of the hierarchy."

Catholic correction to heresy / error / deception ... No. 6:

This is heresy against the Catholic Dogma on Jurisdiction and Governance shown in Section 87 of this site. Tissier is promoting non-Catholic fiction again ... since there is one and only one source of Catholic jurisdiction as defined by the Dogma -- it is a jurisdiction from the See of Peter (not filled at this time), in a single hierarchy, throughout the whole world.

There is no Catholic teaching anywhere that "the Church directly confers jurisdiction on a priest without going through the different degrees of the hierarchy".

We are under a punishment from God in these times in that the Vatican-2 cult controls our formerly Catholic properties ... this punishment does not mean we can run from and reject the Catholic Dogma on Jurisdiction and Governance.

Another deception here is that Tissier is saying that there are Catholic priests in the "sspx" . It is a spiritual impossibility that there are Catholic priests in the sspx  since they are a non-Catholic entity (like the Vatican-2 cult) because they are in violation of Catholic Dogma.

"It is the Mystical Body of Our Lord, Our Lord Himself as Head of His Church, which gives jurisdiction to priests in some particular cases."

Catholic correction to heresy / error / deception ... No. 7:

This is more heresy against the teaching of Our Lord, the Head of the Church ... Who has given us the Jurisdiction and Governance Dogma of the Catholic Church. This is total rejection of Catholic teaching regarding jurisdiction and governance.

Tissier is deceiving people again by saying that the "Church gives jurisdiction" in "some particular cases" in some manner which violates the Catholic Dogma listed in Section 87 of this site.

"The reason is that the person is in error in believing he does and that is what we call "common error." In such a situation the Church makes up for the lack of jurisdiction for the good of the faithful."
  (Regarding a person going to confession to someone who doesn’t have jurisdiction)

Catholic correction to heresy / error / deception ... No. 8:

This is heresy against the Catholic Dogma on Jurisdiction and Governance. The truth is the opposite of what Tissier is saying here ... the Church does not "make up for the lack of jurisdiction" because the Church operates in accordance with the Dogma on Jurisdiction and Governance listed in Section 87 of this site. What Tissier is saying here is (again) non-Catholic fiction.

Also, there is no such thing as this concept of "common error" regarding jurisdiction and governance anywhere in the Catholic Council writings or in the Denzinger Sources of Catholic Dogma.

This "common error" fiction is in the heretical "1917 Code". Even if "common error" was formal Catholic teaching (which it isn’t) it could not apply to anyone on matters related to the Divine Law (the Catholic Dogma on Jurisdiction and Governance, for the issue at hand) because the man-made concept of "common error" cannot be used to violate the Dogma.

"We therefore say ‘Ecclesia supplet’ - ‘the Church supplies’, - when the priest lacks jurisdiction."

Catholic correction to heresy / error / deception ... No. 9:

This is heresy against the Catholic Dogma on Jurisdiction and Governance listed in Section 87 of this site. The concept of "supplied jurisdiction" is never mentioned in the Catholic worldwide Council writings or in the Denzinger, Sources of Catholic Dogma ... if "supplied jurisdiction" was a Catholic teaching it would have to be in these Catholic writings. Instead we see that the Church teaches exactly the opposite of what Tissier is saying on behalf of the "sspx" , such as:

Vatican Council of 1870, Chapter 3, Part 2: On the ... primacy of the Roman pontiff >
"Wherefore we teach and declare that, by Divine ordinance, the Roman Church possesses a pre-eminence of ordinary power over every other church, and that this jurisdictional power of the Roman Pontiff is both episcopal and immediate. Both clergy and faithful, of whatever rite and dignity, both singly and collectively, are bound to submit to this power by the duty of hierarchical subordination and true obedience, and this not only in matters concerning faith and morals, but also in those which regard the discipline and government of the Church throughout the world."

"Consequently the Church supplies for an absence of jurisdiction. (...) It is for your own good that your priests receive a supplied jurisdiction."

This is heresy against the Catholic Dogma on Jurisdiction and Governance listed in Section 87 of this site. The concept of "supplied jurisdiction" is never mentioned in the Catholic worldwide Council writings or in the Denzinger, Sources of Catholic Dogma ... if "supplied jurisdiction" was a Catholic teaching it would have to be in these writings.

Tissier is committing further deception here in that there are no Catholic priests in the "sspx" because the "sspx" is a non-Catholic entity since they are in violation of Catholic Dogma. Being in heresy against even a single Dogma makes an organization into a non-Catholic entity.

"So, then, if anyone says that the Roman Pontiff has merely an office of supervision and guidance, and not the full and supreme power of jurisdiction over the whole Church, and this not only in matters of faith and morals, but also in those which concern the discipline and government of the Church dispersed throughout the whole world; or that he has only the principal part, but not the absolute fullness, of this supreme power; or that this power of his is not ordinary and immediate both over all and each of the churches and over all and each of the pastors and faithful: let him be anathema."
